About Us

Supporting Women Through Every Stage

At EvolveHer, we know women’s bodies are incredible, complex, and constantly changing. The transition into perimenopause and menopause doesn’t have to be something we just “accept.” With shifts that can bring weight gain, brain fog, sleepless nights, and hot flashes, support makes all the difference.

A New Approach to Wellness

Unlike generations past—when women were told to tough it out or settle for one-size-fits-all prescriptions—we now have resources and options to work with our bodies instead of against them.

Why We Created EvolveHer

EvolveHer is a one-stop shop to support women with supplements and skincare that restore balance, energy, and restful sleep. We’re here to make this journey less about struggle and more about celebrating our evolution.

Because we don’t pause. We evolve.
EvolveHer was founded by Angela Towne, who—like so many of us— turned 45 years old and hit a stage in life where her body seemed to change overnight. No matter how many exercise classes she sweated through or how many healthy meals she prepped, that stubborn midsection weight just wouldn’t budge. Then came other signs like sleepless nights, mood swings, lack of energy ... telling her that her body was going through some changes. When Angela turned to doctors for answers or suggestions for some relief, the responses were frustratingly familiar: “This is just what happens at your age,” or worse, suggestions of prescriptions and hormones that came with side effects more disruptive than the problems themselves. Angela knew there had to be a better way—a way to work with her body rather than fight against it. But with all of life’s demands, she quickly realized how hard it was to find a single place or brand that offered high-quality products designed to nourish her body—without having to buy and juggle a million different supplements. That’s why she created EvolveHer—a one-stop shop built to empower women with natural, effective solutions for every stage of life, especially the transition into perimenopause and menopause. Because the truth is, we shouldn’t have to struggle and fight our bodies after all the years they’ve been so good to us. This stage isn’t about giving up—it’s about honoring our bodies, reclaiming our energy, and finding our power in this new chapter.
